About Us
Fran and Bruce founded Gulf Islands Cruising School Ltd. in 1980. We started by offering five day live-aboard cruising courses. We expanded into a bareboat charter operation and included powerboat instruction.
In 2005 we left the charter industry to focus on teaching. Our courses include sailing, powerboating, home study Coastal Navigation, VHF radio operator's certificate and Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC)
